This book interest from the word go and continued throughout its intirety. Each character in had his/her own unique and identifyable part to play in the story. Thanks for the good read.
A top roaring adventure involving two small children, a confused man and a gang of harden killers. But it has a surprise ending that brings it all together.
Matt Kendall is after the men who destroyed his town. He comes upon two orphaned children and takes them in. The unlikely trio continue to pursue the bandits. He finally catches up. A sort of surprise ending as to his identity. A great story by Douglas Hirt.
for this desert western. Villains are nasty and unlikable. Old Apache is a villain who earns your respect. Hero has some internal battles to resolve that are cleared up in the final pages and this proves understanding. Strong supporting cast fulfill their role by the conclusion. Good solid read!
